CERVAVAC
CERVAVAC CERVAVAC is a recombinant quadrivalent human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine. It contains major capsid L1 proteins assembly into non-infectious virus-like particles (VLPs) representing HPV types 6, 11, 16, and 18. The vaccine works by stimulating the immune system to produce protective, neutralizing antibodies. This prevents future persistent infection and associated premalignant lesions or cancers—such as cervical, vulvar, vaginal, and anal cancers (primarily driven by high-risk types 16 and 18), as well as genital warts (caused by low-risk types 6 and 11).
