Endobloc 5 Tablets Endobloc 5 contains Ambrisentan, a selective endothelin-A ($ET_A$) receptor antagonist. It works by inhibiting the binding of endothelin-1 to its receptors in vascular smooth muscle, preventing blood vessel constriction and promoting vasodilation. It is indicated for the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) to improve exercise capacity and delay clinical worsening.
