JAKURA 5 Tablets JAKURA 5 contains Tofacitinib, a targeted synthetic disease-modifying antirheumatic drug (tsDMARD) that selectively inhibits Janus Kinase (JAK) enzymes, primarily JAK1 and JAK3. By blocking the JAK-STAT signaling pathway, it prevents the transcription and production of key pro-inflammatory cytokines involved in autoimmune tissue destruction. It is indicated for the treatment of moderately to severely active rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, polyarticular course juvenile idiopathic arthritis, and moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis.
