Exhep PEN
Exhep PEN Exhep PEN contains Enoxaparin Sodium, a low molecular weight heparin. It acts primarily by binding to antithrombin III and accelerating the inhibition of coagulation Factor Xa and Factor IIa (thrombin), with higher anti-Factor Xa activity. This action prevents the formation and propagation of blood clots. It is indicated for the prevention and treatment of deep vein thrombosis (DVT), pulmonary embolism (PE), and acute coronary syndromes.
