MyHep DVIR Tablets MyHep DVIR contains a direct-acting antiviral fixed-dose combination of Daclatasvir and Sofosbuvir. Daclatasvir acts as an inhibitor of hepatitis C virus (HCV) non-structural protein 5A (NS5A), preventing viral RNA replication and virion assembly. Sofosbuvir functions as a nucleotide analogue inhibitor of HCV NS5B RNA-dependent RNA polymerase, incorporating into viral RNA to induce premature chain termination during replication. Together, the dual regimen targets two distinct stages of the viral life cycle, suppressing viral load across HCV genotypes. MyHep DVIR is indicated for the treatment of chronic hepatitis C virus infection in adults with or without compensated cirrhosis.
