Natdac 60 Tablets Natdac 60 contains Daclatasvir Dihydrochloride, a potent direct-acting antiviral agent targeting the Hepatitis C Virus (HCV). Daclatasvir selectively binds to the N-terminus of the HCV nonstructural protein 5A (NS5A), an essential component required for viral RNA replication and virion assembly. By binding to NS5A, it inhibits both viral RNA replication and host-cell assembly processes. Natdac 60 is indicated in combination with other antiretroviral agents (such as Sofosbuvir) for the treatment of chronic Hepatitis C virus infection across multiple genotypes (primarily genotypes 1 and 3) in adults.
