Mycofit 250 Tablets Mycofit 250 contains Mycophenolate Mofetil, a prodrug of mycophenolic acid (MPA). It works as a potent, selective, uncompetitive, and reversible inhibitor of inosine monophosphate dehydrogenase (IMPDH), inhibiting the de novo pathway of guanosine nucleotide synthesis required for T and B lymphocyte proliferation. It is indicated for the prophylaxis of organ rejection in patients undergoing allogeneic renal, cardiac, or hepatic transplantation, typically as part of a multi-drug immunosuppressive regimen.
