Telura Tablets Telura Tablets contain a fixed-dose combination of tenofovir disoproxil fumarate, lamivudine, and efavirenz, three antiretroviral medicines used to treat Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV-1) infection. These medicines work together to reduce the amount of HIV in the body, strengthen the immune system, and help lower the risk of HIV-related complications. Although Telura helps control HIV infection, it is not a cure for HIV.
