By inhibiting the proteasome, it prevents targeted degradation of intracellular proteins, disrupting signaling cascades, causing cell cycle arrest, and triggering apoptosis in malignant cells. BORVIZ 3.5 is indicated for the treatment of patients with multiple myeloma and mantle cell lymphoma.
