TEVIMBRA 100 mg TEVIMBRA contains Tislelizumab, a humanized IgG4 variant monoclonal antibody directed against the programmed cell death protein-1 (PD-1) receptor. It is engineered to minimize binding to FcγR on macrophages, thereby reducing antibody-dependent cellular phagocytosis (ADCP) and preventing T-cell clearance. By binding to PD-1 and blocking its interaction with PD-L1 and PD-L2 ligands, tislelizumab relieves PD-1 pathway-mediated inhibition of the immune response, restoring tumor-specific T-cell function and enhancing anti-tumor activity. It is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with unresectable, locally advanced, or metastatic esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) following prior systemic chemotherapy.
