RAFINLAR 75 mg Capsules RAFINLAR contains Dabrafenib, an inhibitor of mutated BRAF serine-threonine kinase. Dabrafenib inhibits BRAF kinase activity, specifically targeting mutated forms such as BRAF V600E, V600K, and V600D. This action blocks downstream MEK and ERK signaling pathways, inhibiting tumor cell proliferation and inducing cell death in BRAF mutation-positive tumor cells. It is indicated as monotherapy or in combination with trametinib for the treatment of unresectable or metastatic melanoma with BRAF V600 mutations, metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with BRAF V600E mutation, and BRAF V600E mutation-positive solid tumors or thyroid cancers.
