PAZINIB 200 mg Tablets PAZINIB contains Pazopanib, a potent multi-targeted receptor tyrosine kinase (RTK) inhibitor. It acts by selectively inhibiting vascular endothelial growth factor receptors (VEGFR-1, -2, -3), platelet-derived growth factor receptors (PDGFR-α, -β), and stem cell factor receptor (c-KIT), thereby blocking tumor angiogenesis, cell proliferation, and capillary vessel formation. It is indicated for the treatment of advanced renal cell carcinoma (RCC) and advanced soft tissue sarcoma (STS) in patients who have received prior chemotherapy.
