Tanstrive 80mg Tablets Tanstrive contains Selpercatinib, a highly selective and potent kinase inhibitor targeting wild-type and mutated Rearranged during Transfection (RET) receptor tyrosine kinases. It inhibits RET kinase activity including point mutations and RET fusions (such as KIF5B-RET and CCDC6-RET) that drive constitutive downstream activation of cell proliferation and survival signaling pathways. It is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with RET fusion-positive non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), advanced or metastatic RET-mutant medullary thyroid cancer (MTC), and RET fusion-positive thyroid cancer.
