Rybrevant 350 mg Rybrevant contains Amivantamab, a fully-human immunoglobulin G1 (IgG1)-based bispecific antibody targeting epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and mesenchymal-epithelial transition (MET) receptor. It binds to the extracellular domains of EGFR and MET, inhibiting ligand binding, promoting receptor degradation, and engaging immune effector cells via antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) and trogocytosis to induce tumor destruction. It is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) exon 20 insertion mutations or in combination with chemotherapy/lazertinib for EGFR-mutated NSCLC.
