TEPMETKO 225 mg Tablets TEPMETKO contains Tepotinib, an oral, highly selective kinase inhibitor targeting mesenchymal-epithelial transition (MET) receptor tyrosine kinase. It inhibits MET phosphorylation and downstream signaling pathways dependent on MET activity, including RAS/MAPK and PI3K/AKT. By selectively inhibiting aberrant MET kinase activation caused by MET exon 14 skipping alterations, tepotinib inhibits tumor cell proliferation, survival, and invasive growth. It is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) harboring MET exon 14 skipping alterations.
