Glenza 80 mg Glenza 80 mg contains Enzalutamide, an androgen receptor inhibitor. It acts by competitively inhibiting androgen binding to androgen receptors, inhibiting nuclear translocation of active receptors, and impairing binding of activated androgen receptors to DNA. This blocks the growth-promoting effects of androgens on prostate cancer cells. It is indicated for the treatment of metastatic and non-metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC) and metastatic castration-sensitive prostate cancer (mCSPC).
