NEUKINE 150 mcg Injection NEUKINE 150 contains Filgrastim, a recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (rHu G-CSF). It acts by binding to specific cell-surface receptors on hematopoietic stem cells, stimulating the proliferation, differentiation, and functional maturation of neutrophil progenitor cells in the bone marrow. It is indicated for reducing the duration of neutropenia and decreasing the incidence of febrile neutropenia in patients receiving myelosuppressive chemotherapy, mobilization of peripheral blood progenitor cells (PBPC), and treating severe chronic neutropenia.
