PAZEQOL-400 Tablets PAZEQOL-400 contains Pazopanib, a multi-targeted receptor tyrosine kinase (RTK) inhibitor. It works by selectively inhibiting vascular endothelial growth factor receptors (VEGFR-1, -2, -3), platelet-derived growth factor receptors (PDGFR-α, -β), and stem cell factor receptor (c-KIT), thereby inhibiting tumor angiogenesis, cell proliferation, and blood vessel formation. It is indicated for the treatment of advanced renal cell carcinoma (RCC) and advanced soft tissue sarcoma (STS) in patients who have received prior chemotherapy.
