NEUKINE 300 Injection NEUKINE 300 contains Filgrastim, a recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (rHu G-CSF). It acts by binding to specific surface receptors on hematopoietic cells, stimulating the proliferation, differentiation, and functional activation of neutrophil progenitor cells in the bone marrow. It is indicated for reducing the duration of neutropenia and the incidence of febrile neutropenia in patients receiving myelosuppressive chemotherapy, mobilization of peripheral blood progenitor cells (PBPC), and severe chronic neutropenia.
