DOCEKAST-120 Injection

DOCEKAST-120 Injection DOCEKAST-120 contains Docetaxel, a semi-synthetic taxane antineoplastic derivative. Docetaxel binds to free tubulin and promotes microtubule assembly while stabilizing them against depolymerization. This disruption of microtubule dynamics leads to mitotic arrest at the G2/M phase boundary, inhibition of intracellular vesicular transport, and activation of apoptotic pathways. DOCEKAST-120 utilizes Ready-To-Use (RTU) single-vial technology for dilution and intravenous administration. It is indicated for the treatment of locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer, non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC), gastric adenocarcinoma, and locally advanced squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck (SCCHN).
